Nice idea, I also thought it should be possible to find more players, but maybe not everybody likes HU or wants to invest too much time into it.
One more thing I thought about is, maybe to find common dates to play it would be smart to pin people from a similar time zone against each other, since we are all spread out all over the world I guess. At least for the first round of course, after that you don't really have a chance to do that once the bracket stands.

This Saturday at 17:00 I am hosting another Poker event sponsored by (prize pool of $1000, voucher form with 1x Wager requirement to withdraw). Small buy in which is a minimum of $5 deposit and $10 wager on 1Win platform before the last 7 days of the game starts (Saturday at 17:00 UTC).

I don't want to annoy the members by tagging/mentioning them. Anyone who is interested can check the dedicated topic, it would be nice to have some of you in the game.

I have already sent PMs to potentially interested players (IMO). Now I think enough time has been passed, let get this event done successfully. It is surely 1st of its kind here so I think may be players are hesitant thinking about the complexity of it (which is my fault).
I am confident that many more users will be interested in next time. I will post detailed event schedule within next 48 hrs.

Lets hope they do not get confused with the two events . Yes this has become a mess  
I have tagged them for you (I am willing to take blame for annoying frequent tagging ) and for me both. I am amazed to see that even 1000$ guaranteed prize money is not enough of a stimulant here. This number surely would have been in thousands elsewhere.
For me it is less about the number though

Should be average of 15 minutes tops on each HU though. I can totally picture some players shoving their entire chips on the 25th hands

It is a one time entry fee.

The nature of HU is such that you have to play considerably more number of hands then standard 9max table so 25 hands will be gone in a instant. It will be a sit and go format with increasing blind structure.
I will try to keep it short and interesting. And don't worry there will be enough hands for you to show skills.
