Umm... Can you perhaps be more clear with your situation here? What happened and can you please add supporting evidence to the narrative? Because so far, it looks like someone that just venting their annoyance, and I can't add this to my list as a valid case without any basis.

I really still don't understand what happened here, but if we refer to your update where a screenshot is provided,



though the number on your betID logically said that the bet you wanted to change was placed earlier than what they consider as  the first entry they processed [...3627 v. ...3629], there is indeed a chance that they processed the later betID as the first entry.

But how exactly do someone placed four bets simultaneously? There should be at least one or two seconds time gap between each bet?

Again, I'm still fumbling in the dark here, I am clueless of what you're complaining and accusing them of scamming you about.

How don’t you understand….

There was no confusion before the promo starts that my valid entry was jannik. They confirmed in the email he was my selection in the system…..

I won now they refused payout claiming I’m fraudulent FABRICATED LIE. in promo terms it says you can place multiple bets but the first 1 counts. I’ve don’t nothing wrong. They singled me out and scammed me. AGAIN

Actually it became more confusing. At first, I thought --based from the email they wrote-- you want to change your entry of Jannik as it's against their bonus policy, but on this post you said that your entry of Jannik is valid, thus safe to assume it didn't need to be changed?

OP,  may I suggest you to perhaps take aside your emotion for a couple of tens of minutes to write the narrative in full, so we can actually start to understand what your scam accusation is?
