Proposal: Let the announced winners get those specific numbers & the rest of the bidders -maybe- offer them the chance to purchase another # at a fixed price. (or something like that... dunno)

Since it's my mistake, here's what I propose:
comit gets block #12 for 0.0075
rsincognito gets block #11 for 0.008

and all other bidders get a block for 0.008. serial to be defined...
