What happened: After a month of losing around 20K$, when i barely hit profit, rollbit casino decides to hold my withdrawals, and as have you all seen before in complaints in the same regard, they keep asking me to list all my all my rollbit accounts, and please bear in mind this is my ONE and ONLY account, which has KYC verified tier 4 (with live checks) and it's impossible for anyone to ever log an account on my network.

How long ago did you passed level 4 KYC and how exactly "barely in profit" are you, if I may ask? And to be sure that we've covered every ground, do you mind to check your inbox, of all of your email accounts, perhaps you had an account long long time ago that was created and then completely left unused and forgotten?

Hi,
- I passed level 4 yesterday (level 3 KYC has been done for weeks)
- I was in a loss 2 days ago, now i'm in profit for something around 5K$ i'm guessing
- There is no absolute chance of I ever creating any other rollbit account with another email.

And if you check any other complaints here, trustpilot or casino guru, they just keep asking for other accounts even if you don't have them, and they won't proceed after that.

Just wrote the email as you advised and i will keep this topic updated.

I've done what i was told by Rollbit so far as escalating to the proper channel, they only requested me to contact live chat.

I don't really know what is going on with some of these casinos over here and often time the complaint that is coming onboard are just the same, most times it makes me to feel they are intentionally doing that just to limit how people makes withdrawal from their site.

This is strange and almost some of the casinos over here are given same issues to their users, like few i used never experienced similar issues over the time so it makes me to get some of the complaint here that twisted as i do not know whom to believe anymore.

To be sincere @holydarkness I do love your activeness and support over this section of the forum.

Small update: 48 hours have passed, no answer from their compilance email.

I forgot to mention that i own two NFT's from rollbit

Rollbot so i can have more rollback(rackeback) on every loss.

And the sportsbook who actually gives me free bets and combo boosts.

Both valued 1000$ each and i'm unable to use them/sell them.

It seems Rollbit has a positive impact on this forum. It's hard to believe they would scam you for $8500. Nowadays, the multi-account issue excuse is increasing. I am just curious; is there any way to cheat a casino through multiple accounts? If so, then the casino should provide proper evidence of how the user has cheated them. At least they should explain to the victim.

Yes i've posted this accusation oh their thread, published also a complaint on casino guru and if this doesn't work i will have to try to reach their licensing authority.

And as far as Rollbit's reputation goes, it's going down the drain, i'm not the only one complaining, feel free to check other complaints here, they have been stacking up.

The problem is the same it was 5 days ago, they accuse me of having multi accounts when i don't have, even after being cleared 4 days before by the compliance team.

Due to the number of complaints with same issue, I can't help but wondered if it is a "side effect" of their new approach, like they set it as a "default response", of which after you reached them thought their complaint channel, that's when they'll start looking for the problem.

Anyway, as annoying as that is, do you mind to shoot them through the same email address? I'll be following this case, just like before.

Rollbit is a well reputed gambling platform on this forum and I have been seeing lots of scam accusations from other casinos and I rarely see any being targeted on rollbit, but I will always advise on something, gambling is for fun, only have the amount of money which you can afford to lose on a gambling platform, you can't be law abiding and a casino decides to hold your asset for nothing, there's must be a particular reason upon any challenge faced, why not relate this on their announcement thread first.
