Earlier the Newbies were not even permitted to post outside the Beginners section. When did the rules changed?

It was fairly recently, bring back newbie jail I say.

Wow what a weak and completely over used scare tactic.  No reasoning given just shots in the dark hoping weak hands will let go of there coins it is pitiful.
