If you need to borrow coins, post:

1. Amount of loan
2. Purpose
3. Collateral offered
4. Terms

You are new without record. Third party escrow for any collateral or loan.

When the subject of buying BTC with Paypal comes up, I often remember this:

No thanks. There are already many trusted escrow providers here. Nothing wrong with wanting to loan and make a profit but insist on third party escrow at least until you are established.
