Today they directly lie to my face, saying that the email is currently not active, when I have tried sending emails with another gmail and if it arrives perfect, bc game is the most fraudulent cryptocurrency casino scammer that currently exists.   

Looks like you are in a hurry here. Your $500 is nothing for BCgame. They are regularly dealing with a lot bigger withdrawal than your one. BCgame team will unblock your account and process your withdrawal if you haven't violated any terms. Have you created any account on BCgame before? Usually, bonus related issues get connected to multiple account abuse. I'm not accusing you though, just saying what happens normally. Your issue will be forwarded to BCgame team by 'holydarkness'. Kindly wait with patience.

At the casino, only my son and I are registered, both KYC verified, I have read the requirements and this does not violate any terms of the casino. but I can understand and interpret that if some alarm could go off because of it.

It's so sad this case has to end this way, but you literally can't blame us nor the casino (i.e BC.Game) for banning your account, because you just said it yourself that it's only you and your son who has an account on BC.Games, and you both are KYC verified, of which it's obvious maybe your son might have login into his account while using the same laptop device that you normally use, of which the casino might have detected it as been connected due to the same IP address they both shared. Because with the availability of artificial intelligence (AI), most casinos can now easily detect accounts that are connected due to the use of IP address, deposit/withdrawal address and the same betting pattern. Hence, I'm very sorry, the decision has been made and it's final.

They said multiple accounts, not multiple deposits. They have said "not an email that is dedicated for daily use", but you are trying to highlight 'disposable' word here. Anyway, it was pretty clear that your account was blocked for abuse with multiple accounts from your own post. I don't have any doubt about the statement of BCgame representative.

If you still think that you weren't guilty, then submit a complaint at Askgamblers, they will make a fair judgement by following the evidences. Your aggressiveness and continuous spam posts aren't going to change the situation here.

First of all, allow me to thank you because you made me smile, genuinely smile while shaking my head for the level of silly-ness of the post. Second, I can vouch that AHOY is a frenemy of BC, whose posts about the casino would most certainly disqualify him to be employed and receive any appraisal by BC's boss [whoever he is, since even I never met him]. He's fair, though, when BC did good things, he won't shy from admitting it, but yeah... all sign on this thread points to an abuse.

Though I am mulling about this as my last post, as the case is quite conclusive and can't be more text book.

The user called "holydarkness" always claims to have a contact who works for the casino where you have the problem, but this is totally false. Be very careful with "holydarkness" he is one of the biggest scammers on the forum.

The next step will be to look into my negative trust [my battle scar, I choose to see them as] and use it to further convince people that I am a scammer and in bed with casinos.
