For the account in question:
1. The player was detected engaging in robot betting.
2. The player used software to log in to the site.
3. These statuses have been confirmed by the sports provider.
Therefore, the final verdict is to void the bet and close the account in question. However, the last deposit is refundable.
WE88 Official, if you don't mind to inform us more and to clarify matters, what "robot betting" is this exactly? I can't see any rule
in your ToS [I got the option to read in English from their site [as shown below] and tried to archive the page I read, but it somehow archived the Indonesian version] that prohibit any automated betting or any strategy betting. Besides, let's suppose the player use bot betting, what for? Perhaps it'll make sense if he played casino games, but he did sportbetting, so what logical reason do he need to do bot betting?
And for point number 2, may we know what software is this? Aside from that "robot", of course. Is it VPN? In that case, well... yeah, he used VPN, your live support instructed him to do so.
And point number three, it will be nice if you can tell us what statuses being confirmed by your provider, as the two points above rather invalid to be used as a counter-accusation against OP.
Last, it really worries me and if you can't address the points above, I really hope you can address this matter below, point 13, where you get your players to agree that you can ask for the photo of their front and back of their credit card, as if left unaddressed, I have a massive concern for anyone who play in your site with their monetary safety from credit card frauds.
