NITROBETTING SCAM on 18mBTC BET

What happened::
Hello
I placed 4 bets on e-sport match, total stake was 18mBTC. Since that time I did not log into my nitrobetting account. The game got canceled as one team forfeited due schedule conflict with another event.
However nitrobetting settled these bets as lost. I don't know how is it even possible as the team I was betting against forfeited.

I only noticed it today, as It was first time when I logged in since I placed these bets and I immediately contacted live chat about the issue to only get told that is too late for the re-settlement.
I never met such a scam in any bookmaker I was using. Nitrobetting don't have any licensing and this is the only place I can warn others against these scammers because I doubt I will be able to recover the funds.

I haven't been able to view your screenshots well. Lots of clutter. Which game exactly got cancelled. As far as I know, if the game is cancelled, the stake must be returned immediately or a few hours after settlement unless if there is another unwritten rule that I don't know. You don't even need to beg them to do so.

Nitrobetting and Nitrogensports are on my list of untrustworthy gambling platforms. Totally unprofessional.

Person can have many reasons to not be able to login immediately, anyone can have any medical/family emergency at any time. Doesnt mean that can be used as an excuse to rob your money for a game that didnt even happen

I just got confused by OP's screenshots that didn't clearly show which game was cancelled and alsio show his balance afterward. Also, that screenshot of a conversation between him and customer support is very important for record purposes.

Maybe it's just me that didn't understand his screenshots, but if it turns out clear, Nitrobetting is unfair in this case.

I checked his screenshots, i bet CS alot and its pretty clear the game was never played (not stopped in between or something, never even started)

I have came across a reputed gambling site that i used then to place bet and it happens that the match was cancelled due to problems thereabout and didn't know the reason, the game was single bet and it was refunded to me since the game didn't play again. I think any reputed site shouldn't do that and I don't see Nitrobet to be that reputable enough, it's something that op shouldn't beg for and if the game didn't play and match was cancelled his funds should have gotten refunded the first time or hours later without withholding back op's funds.

I totally agreed with you that they are unprofessional and shouldn't toiled with people's funds when such a thing comes up again.

I have never used Nitro betting platform ever but I still suggest you to contact their customer support team and they might solve your issue. Personally, I would never join or bet on a site like Nitro betting because my main choices are the casinos that advertise on this forum. Those casinos that advertise on this forum especially the ones like CoinRoyale, BC.game, and Whale.io are some good casinos.

Is there an actual time frame for appealing the resettlement? To me it is the lamest excuse I have ever heard . Nitrobetting also imposes cashout limits if I am not mistaken, but there is no limit for deposits which is a clear scamy behavior.

I added a screenshot of my bet history with marked bets on that event. Also, all reference links refer to this particular match.

They base their excuse of that rule in ToS

DISPUTES
Disputes must be submitted within seven (7) days from the date the bet in question has been graded. No claims will be honored after this period. In case the site identifies bets that need to be corrected, balances will only be adjusted if said correction is done within seven (7) days of the original result. If a grading mistake is identified after this 7-day period, status corrections will be done in order to reflect the correct and official result but no adjustment of funds will be done.

However, I never logged in during that time and could not have known that nitrobet wrongly settled these bets.
I don't bet very often, so I would never have expected such a situation. They could have literally changed the grading results at any point in my abstinence after those 7 days to abuse the rule later and extort 18mbtc from me.

Don't do it. They were ok in 2017 but since then it only went downwards with 2 rebrands and a lot of sketchy stuff going on.
I mean this case is yet another ridiculous story tbh. How can you grad a game that never too place as a loss. They basically violate their own TOS. 
And then bringing statements like it's too late to regrade, what the actual fk? I wonder what happened to players that bet the other side. Obviously their bets should have been graded as a win, right? And I guess we all know that never happened!

I am going to make a review and maybe leave a negative tag. If they don't respond positively in the next few days, then I think they deserve a flag as well. You will create a type one or type 2 flag. The ball is in their hands.

If you go by the rules, then Nitrobetting is correct. But this is another case of a ridiculous rule that wouldn't stand up in court. Pay the player. Although this rule is more debatable than the book can steal your money if you play in a banned jurisdiction.

Honestly, even putting these rules in their TOS is already a scam in my opinion. It opens them up to free roll players that maybe don't check their account frequently. I'm sure there are players that maybe Saturdays make some bets and then don't check until the next weekend. TOS like this brings the possibility to target exactly these players.
Also, normally you should be able to trust a site to grade correctly. Especially if you maybe make a ton of bets at the same time you can lose track of all the results. Having to check every game (within 7 days) manually if the result was actually graded correctly is such a nonsense! Nitro makes a lot of shady still but this rule tops it all.

The rule isn't unheard of, it's the 7 day time frame that's unusual. I've heard of 14 and 30 days. You can't go back 5 years.

I remember there was a casino that turned into a scam because they decided to just close their website out of the blue leaving their gamblers not being able to withdraw their funds. anyway, they tried to "fix" the issue and gave the gamblers that were affected several months of window to settle the funds they had on the casino. in the end, they are still a scam and a lot of gamblers got rejected when they tried to settle their funds.
