I am not very much aware of the rules, but based on my judgment/imagination, I think the last one should be the winner. But there might be something which should be considered before selecting, and the played match should be one of them, and I think it is very important. For example, if anyone plays only a few matches, then there is no way to score a lot of goals, which is possible for a high number of matches.
The last person on the list is Victor Osimhen the super man that helped Galatasaray to win the championship and the Turkish cup. The rules include the performance of the player, his contributions, number of goals and the achievement of his team this season. All the listed names had an incredible season but to me Victor Osimhen should be given the award because he's the power house behind the success of his team Galatasaray.
