This casino is a scam I won a certain amount and tried to withdraw it but they told me the withdrawal would be processed manually However they didn’t even respond.The live chat kept disconnecting and when I finally got in touch with them a few hours later they said they couldn’t process the withdrawal unless I deposited $100 — even though their site clearly stated that only a $10 deposit was required

While trying to resolve the issue, I ended up losing $700. Some bets had errors, and there were also issues during the registration process.

Despite that, we were willing to make an exception and process it manually for you. While this was being arranged, you continued to play and unfortunately lost the bonus. At that point, there was nothing left to withdraw.

Long story short, I managed to turn my 38 bucks (free credits + my small depo) into 190 bucks—I got a lucky streak in slots lol. I was told they had a problem with coinpayments thus the delay. At the moment, I've only gotten 51 bucks in ETH as "the team is manually processing my withdrawal". Unsure why it's partial though. I'll update when more info comes.

The issue of withdrawal is not encouraging at all for gamblers. I feel withdrawal and deposit are what a casino like this needs to focus more on, because when withdrawal is complicated, it gives many negative impressions about the casino.

But I come to think about why the withdrawal is partial. BitRoll really needs to look into this because when withdrawal takes time and doesn't go smoothly, it is hard for customers to stay calm and be patient about it. If BitRoll is able to handle deposits and withdrawals, it will make customers feel comfortable using the casino.

Thanks fam, congratulations to you as well! I did see your post previously thus why I tried. Plus I'm only risking a small amount from my pocket to try the casino out which I've already gotten back with the initial payment.

Okay, so I got my withdrawal! and the team added the 50 bucks for the withdrawal delay.

In total I got 189 USDT and 51 bucks worth of ETH. I appreciate the gesture, they didn't have to but they did. Much thanks!

i assume that means $100, but even that isn't enough to stop abuse from account farmers since the faucet is daily and 10 USDT is a lot. the best thing to do imo, is make it non withdrawable or lowert it like $1/day.
there is a reason no casino (that still has a faucet feature) gives such a high amount.

That's the catch here. Yes, you will be getting the free coins but of course, before you can withdraw, you need to deposit first. And if you want that winnings badly, you will surely deposit.
