I am sorry, but your service would be unable to attract customers who used eXch for what they stood for, which is privacy and anonymity, they did not restrict users based on jurisdiction or the source of their funds, neither did they log users ip or track their activities, etc. However, checking your terms of service, i see that your customers are subject to kyc/aml laws and can be required to provide kyc and also the source of their funds. I am not saying your service is a bad one, but it will be difficult to get an instant exchange like eXch.

We also want to highlight that we don't request KYC for all swaps, we may do it only when we see an incoming transaction with high risk. We have to do it to ensure integrity of our service and to maintain a safe trading environment for our customers. For example we won't accept coins that were recently stolen from ByBit.
