As rightly pointed @Oshosondy, I still left the NEUTRAL unchaged, because I don't receive full of amount on which we agree (36,5$). (Yes, Im not DT etc but I gave loan few times for example to @mnightwaffle, on all have confirmed).
I received from @nakamura12 3parts, last was 20 January on 10.1 USDT, 2part 23.12.2023 on 5.35 USDT and 1st which I wrote UP, so
together like 34,5 USDT, so on 2 USDT still waiting.
