For someone to start a business such as a travel agency or a building/construction company that means they aren't uneducated or not smart people, it's only an educated people that can think of such sophisticated business ideas, don't you think? These people have other people working for them in their companies so they don't directly do the work, most times they put their workers in charge and it could be possible that their workers are the ones making a mess and tanishing the company's name, if you have had a bad experience with these companies you mentioned, it is possible that the owners of these companies arent even aware of your experience because they put someone else in charge.

One thing you need to understand is that no businessman is dumb in his business, and most cases of low-quality goods or services always come from the consumers because most of them tend to go for the cheap stuff to save more money, which, in the end, they will end up spending even more than they are expected to spend.

It's getting easier to create businesses because almost everything is automated. If you have money, you can hire developers and create a beautiful website from scratch, you can buy equipment to produce products, you can hire customer support via 3rd party companies, you can hire 3rd party marketing team, you can do basically anything if you have some money.
A few years ago, there were only a few online casinos but today almost every opens a new casino every day because the system became very easy. You pay money for a ready CMS and you get your website full functioning but it's not everything. Businesses that are created by not very smart people, often end very soon. I don't get the point that you are trying to make but when you refer to dump people I don't think that you should use school as a createrial in judging who is dump and smart the fact is that we have moved away from the era where certificate or your educational level was used in determining how successful you will be, what rules the world is ideas and inventions so somebody May not be educated or in your own words not smart but have the ideas and the financial leverage to open a business and employ the so called smart people to work for them , so in this present world that we find our self what controls the world is money and influence this is the more reason that we see more graduates on the streets looking for jobs

Just goes to show how the internet made it really accessible for knowledge, so everyone can try it if they have the capital, and it also shows that business isn't for everyone lol. Also didn't help how a lot of influencers who showcase their job-related stuff make it seem really easy, so people just go with the heck of it and offer it as a service since they "watched" how to do it already. I'd 100% agree with having necessary checks before businesses are able to register themselves. It's just a guarantee that governments should willingly do since if not, the damages are born by the consumers themselves.

Without sufficient knowledge and experience, they will only use all the money for consumptive things instead of building a business or investing, that is reality and is proof that not everyone has business skills.

Well you can't measure this with people moreover you find different caliber of people in the business areas both smart, dumb, rich, poor but how they are being profitable in it , is what matters is their ability to manage the business they are into and do well to make it progress.
