We don’t understand the negative comments about us, but we’re constantly improving ourselves — and creating a platform with such realistic reviews in 25 languages is no easy task.
OP, you should not be offended by the reviews coming here for your website. It is good that you are seeing it so, which would make you develop further in building and rendering perfect and unique services to the community. Criticism should be seen as a way to improve much better than the current state, so you take the advice and criticism to muster further and forget about complaining that your website is a new one. I will also commend you for the reviews you got in the various languages; they are good, and it shows that your website is accommodating to other non-English-speaking countries.
Having 25 languages is indeed no easy task. However, if some users here have some suggestions or comments, they can always look at it as constructive criticism. They can adopt or not, depending on their take about the suggestion. It can even improve their services. Do remember, people will always have something to say, so just filter out and get those valid comments and change for the betterment of their site. They can always offer unique services so as to withstand with their competitors.
You are right, OP should just stick to the feedback that is more relevant to his project and look for ways to make sure it suits his work, as there would be criticism as it relates to his project here. He should not forget that this is a public platform mixed with different people from different work and walks of life bringing their ideas and experience into action here, and that alone should tell OP to look into their reply and feedbacks to get more insight on their perspective and see if it aligns with the project goals or not to take the ones that are more relevant to his work then reserve the other ideas and contributions.
