Bitcoin has reached a new all-time high (ATH) today, May 22, 2025, the price at $110,611. It has surpasses the previous ATH of $109,486 that was set on May 21. How many more are we going to see from today?

The price of Bitcoin is moving volatile, especially this week and in just a few days the price of Bitcoin has managed to make a new ATH after previously experiencing sideaways in the price range of $100k - $105k, maybe next we will see Bitcoin experiencing a retracement, before continuing the journey towards the price of $115k to $120k, which we know with the current state of the market, it is likely that Bitcoin will be able to catch up with that price, whatever it is, all holders must be happy to see the current state of the market, the green portfolio is very enjoyable manta to be addicted to seeing it continuously .

From the time you created this thread till now I think Bitcoin has creat 3 ATH today first it was $110k second $111k and  third $112k. Although to others it may be way above this price range because most guys may decide to include each move and it's price which might varies but I decide to approximate it to a perfect figure. But who knows we might even see more new ATH before tomorrow. Expect to see more price. This Q2 is indeed bullish just as predicted by Most folks.

We can't be counting how many ATH Bitcoin would make in a day or weeks because that will a hell out of job to do. The very thing I am more concerned about is let the price I have in mind to sell my accumulated Bitcoin be actualize this year, that way I will feel happy that I was able hold on through that downtrend of Bitcoin to its uptrend that I sell Bitcoin holdings at.

If investment in Bitcoin continues to increase, its price will also increase. In the last 24 hours, the price of Bitcoin has changed by 4.4% and it is currently increasing continuously. I expect this increase gradually and create new ATH constantly. If the ATH increases by even one dollar from the previous ATH, it will be considered a new ATH, which is why it is not possible to say for sure how many times Bitcoin ATH will be seen. If investment in the market increases, this trend will also continue to increase. The market is now focused on touching 12k and it is very likely that it can touch 20k in a short time.

I would guess about 120k seems like the most likely price to stop at this time. I wouldn't say 120k is biggest ever and won't be broken, just saying "for now" that is the biggest we could probably see. I do hope I am wrong, and we see above that price and do better job. I am not entirely sure how much it would go up, but we are going to see it reach a better place eventually.

What we are seeing at the moment is not that bad, it could be very good, but if we end up with much better results then it is going to be something that would be tough, and very difficult. So assume that we are going to probably not see it reach those levels, and we are going to probably stay below 120k and then have a small bit of correction and drop lower.

That's why I don't count the new ATHs anymore. But just after getting to the new ones, we'll have enough until this year ends. So, don't just count for today and tomorrow but let's have a wider thought on how many it will be before this year ends. The bull run is still in and that's why we'll never know how high it will be unless we actually see it happen and that's we are hopeful for to see, whether by Q4 or end of year.

We'll probably see enough new All Time Highs until June or July before another one of those bigger corrections or "mini-crashes", that will for the market to consolidate. That will also be another opportunity for accumulation before another surge to another Bitcoin price level.

The other question, besides "How many?", is HOW HIGH will Bitcoin surge if we truly see enough new All Time Highs until June or July.

The market sentiment is highly favorable to Bitcoin. Institutions are buying more than they announced. This means many investors are happy to see new ATH while in mood many of the are selling.

First time since this year we saw a new ATH that wasn't triggered by Trump policies.

Although it might be because of those policies that gave the legacy investors, asset managers, and institutions absolute confidence that it's already safe to invest and purchase Bitcoin.

Nation-States are also starting to plan for their own Strategic Reserves, which was just last year everyone was very quiet about when someone in BitcoinTalk suggested the idea. Today, it's accepted fact.

If let say our current ATH now is $110k and $200k is the supposed to be max this year, then that wasn't over 50 ATH's but it was 90 to be precise, if we start with the increment of 1k's. Volatility helps reaching ATH in a way that people buys more at the lows but there are also people that got attracted if they see a consistent rise in price.

If I we were to choose, I will go for the consistent rise, as I think we can reach more/higher ATH's this way in quicker period of time. Realistically now, I think I'm not sure about the $200k yet. Maybe if things are not that tough for $150k and then there are still signs of a rise, that's going to be the time that I will have a confident with $200k.

I'm not very sure but I don't think we are going to see a new ATH again this month. I can be wrong and there's nothing in being wrong but honestly I believe the market's ATH for this month is done and we might see another ATH next month or maybe in last quarter of the year.

We had our first wave of Bitcoin price movement which saw us at the price 109k,  now we're currently in the second wave of the market trend, we should have about 5 market waves, but I'm expecting at least 3 more ATH  are going to be witnessed before the full bull market comes to an end .

What I think is that from now henceforth, we should be seeing a new highest price for Bitcoin atleast every month. I wanted to say every week but I know that the market is not going to keep increasing instead there is going to be some weeks when we see some decline from the market and this is going to be corrections that will be needed for the momentum of the market to keep on increasing. After we see a new all time high, we should expect some corrections next because people are taking profits. The market has alot of people only buying to sell in few days when we get a new highest price therefore we should not be surprised of how the market has gotten a little setbacks. We are still going to get new all time high soon, it is just a matter of time.

We can't get an exact answer with that. But I think that the real question here is how long we've been in this bullish position. It will probably be the 2nd quarter of this year, which will be the last bull season we experience. IF the market still follows the 4-year cycle. However, this remains questionable due to some market influences. We're still clueless as to what will happen next because of its volatile nature. But we remain prepared for the declining situation because not all the time it is bullish.

I don't think asking how many makes a lot of sense or has much use. A slow upward trend would cause the ATH to be hit many times even if the total price increase is not that high. The more interesting question is where is the next ATH peak going to be for this cycle.

We can't get an exact answer with that. But I think that the real question here is how long we've been in this bullish position. I've seen another account post the same thing in a thread just now. This is not true. The bullish market is in the last quarter of the year. Look again at the charts from the last cycle. Peak was around this time and again later in the year.

I thought this is a new thread as I'm aware that we have similar thread before asking the same question. But it was during our ATH of $109k and others think that we are going to be in a parabolic rise.

Nevertheless, we can't really tell, one thing is for sure, when we are in this kind of rally, it's hard to stop unless there is some negative news around. But for now, let's say that just enjoy the ride, it's really fun to watch this kind of bull run and seeing our portfolio growing after months of waiting.

I thought this is a new thread as I'm aware that we have similar thread before asking the same question. But it was during our ATH of $109k and others think that we are going to be in a parabolic rise.

Nevertheless, we can't really tell, one thing is for sure, when we are in this kind of rally, it's hard to stop unless there is some negative news around. But for now, let's say that just enjoy the ride, it's really fun to watch this kind of bull run and seeing our portfolio growing after months of waiting.

The important thing is that we are still in a bullish trend, I suppose that we will be seeing minor dip and corrections along the way and hitting new ATH. Let us enjoy the ride as you said and hope that a negative news will not result in a major dip along this bull run. Frequency of ATH in this circle doesn't really matter, what is important is that within the remaining quarters of this 2025 we should see multiple and impressive ATH. If you're predicting that we can see ATH between $150k or $200 then it's not too late to stash your bags more but nobody can accurately predict Bitcoin.

If the ATH increases by even one dollar from the previous ATH, it will be considered a new ATH, which is why it is not possible to say for sure how many times Bitcoin ATH will be seen.

This is also what I want to say, even if bitcoin increases by $1, it is still considered a new ATH and bitcoin reaching ATH is a very happy thing. But I think staring at the screen and counting how many ATH will happen when bitcoin goes up a few dollars is pointless and just a waste of time. I think it's better to set specific goals and celebrate when BTC reaches them like when bitcoin hits $115k, $120k or $150k instead of wasting time celebrating when the price only goes up $1.

But bitcoin started correcting yesterday, so I don't think we'll see many more new ATHs this month. Instead, we need to wait until the new month to see bitcoin continue to make more new ATHs.
