Let’s be real, we’ve all listened to some bad takes maybe a friend, or some random dude online.

What’s one piece of crypto advice you actually tried and now think wow, that was just dumb

Mine: just buy and forget, it always goes up lol, wish I’d taken profits on a few of those pumps

at start when I found out about Bitcoin I told my father to buy some
he replied it's a Scam don't fall for it son

price was around 1k $ for BTC
Now he regrets it and I have to work next 50 years and will I achieve to hold 1 BTC or not Life is not fair

Mine: just buy and forget, it always goes up lol, wish I’d taken profits on a few of those pumps
it’s still a pretty good advice cus you can take profits eventually maybe after a few years and you would have taken up a lot more compared to if you sold it now but yes i understand that for some it would be helpful to have taken profits in between sometimes since not all of us are extremely wealthy to be able to just forget about our holdings
