Bug Bounty Proposal

We need to find a resolution to these issues to fully activate AuxPow and ensure a smooth transition to network updates via a soft fork.

Identified Issues
1. ChainID Conflict:
   - An error has been identified in the `chainID` value, which is currently identical to Bellscoin. This creates a conflict in mining pools.

2. Previous Fixes:
   - Several proposed fixes have been tested but did not yield successful results.
