CookdataMy honest ReviewI wanted to see for myself what’s good and what’s not so great about Cloudbet, so I decided to give it a try. Honestly, a few things really impressed me, while others felt kind of average. Let me share a bit of my experience with the casino.
I went to the website, and just like most online casinos, the homepage looked pretty sleek. It loaded quickly and had all the details laid out clearly, which was a good start. I went ahead to signed up, and that’s when things got more interesting. The registration process gave me different options, which I wasn’t expecting, and that made the whole sign-up feel a lot better than usual.
SIGN UPYou can join the casino in a few different ways, either using your email, an EVM wallet(Metamask), Apple sign-in, X (formerly Twitter), or even GitHub. Instead of going with the usual email option, I decided to try something different just to see if the other methods work.
I signed up using my EVM wallet through Rabby wallet as a dApp. When I tried connecting, Rabby gave me some hints about the site’s popularity and whether it was listed by other dApps. Turns out, Cloudbet’s recognition as a dApp was pretty low, but there weren't any forms of threats from the website.

I went ahead and joined the casino anyway, and the first thing that popped up was a request for my username and age. I think that’s a good step, as it gives you an identification right away and also checks if you’re old enough to gamble legally. The next thing I came across was the welcome package, which offered up to $2,500 if I deposited to unlock it.

I decided to log out and test if the other sign-up options were working. I went back to the signup page to test the other login options, the X, GitHub, and Apple, to see which ones would work. GitHub worked fine, but I didn’t go through with the full registration after it asked me to authenticate because I don't want to have multiple accounts. Apple sign-in also worked without any issues, but X was a different story. It kept trying to authenticate, opening a window that would just close after a few seconds without logging me in, the X didn't work.
Another thing I tested was logging in on my phone. I tried using the EVM option, but the MetaMask login wasn’t available on mobile. To double-check, I opened the site through the Rabby mobile wallet browser, and it was the same story. It seems like the site doesn’t detect desktop mode on mobile, and without desktop mode, there’s no dApp signup option.
Basically, if you register with a wallet address or plan to sign up with one, you won’t be able to access Cloudbet on a phone except on a PC.
No Metamask login/signup for mobile phoneI switched back to my PC and headed into my account settings, and the first thing I checked was security. Setting up two-factor authentication was quick and easy; it took less than a minute, and I got a unique one-time recovery code as well. I also noticed the KYC option, but I’m not a fan of going through that process. Since Cloudbet allows some withdrawals without full KYC, I decided to skip it completely. You can gamble here without verifying your identity, though there are limits on how much you can withdraw.
DEPOSITAfter setting up my security, I went ahead to test the main part, which is making the deposit. Since the casino has dApp support, I was expecting to be able to deposit straight from my wallet, almost like interacting with a smart contract. But that wasn’t the case. Even with MetaMask, you still have to make a direct deposit by copying the wallet address from the casino for the type of coin you want to deposit. MetaMask works only as a way to identify your account; the casino doesn’t let you interact with it directly. So in the end, you still need to send funds manually from your wallet.
I deposited 11 USDT using the BSC chain, and the funds showed up in less than a minute, which was pretty fast. I decided to split the money in half for testing the sports games and the other half for trying out the casino games.
MY BETSFirst, I headed over to the sports section, where I saw some live events. At the time, Chelsea was playing against Crystal Palace, so I placed a single bet on Chelsea for a straight win, thinking they’d carry their good form from earlier in the pre-season. The process was simple and worked just like any other betting site. An hour later, I checked back to see the result, and to my disappointment, Chelsea didn’t score at all, so I lost the bet.
CASINO GAME EXPERIENCEI moved over to the Casino tab and found plenty of games to choose from. Since I’m a fan of slots, I tried loading up Sugar Rush 1000. Unfortunately, the game never loaded. I kept refreshing over and over, but all I got was the same error page until I eventually gave up. Maybe it was a server issue, but either way, it was frustrating and definitely something they need to fix.

Since Sugar Rush didn’t work, I gave Blackjack a shot, but it was the same problem, another error, and nothing loaded. At that point, I just left it alone. I’m not sure if it was only on my end, but I couldn’t enjoy the casino games at all since none of them would load.

It wasn't loading from my end, but immediately I switched from
https://www.cloudbet.com/en/casino to
https://www.cloudbet.com/en/sports/soccer, the sports were working fine. I still couldn't figure out what the problem was. I was very sure I had a very good internet connection.
Since I couldn’t play any of the casino games, I went back to the Sports section. This time, I used the rest of my balance to place a bet on Real Madrid vs. Osasuna. I didn’t even notice the game wasn’t being played that day, which was on 17th, it was actually scheduled for the 19th. Once I realised, I decided to cancel the bet. When I tried cashing out, I found out that you don’t get 100% of your stake back. I had wagered $5.80, but after cashing out, I only got $5.40 in return, $0.4 goes to the casino as margin.
CUSTOMER SUPPORTLike most casinos, I wanted to see how active their support was. I started a chat with the AI assistant, and when I asked about speaking to a real person, it told me the human agents were available and could be connected if I requested. That was a nice touch and gave me some confidence about getting help quickly if needed, instead of the constant reply from a bot.
WITHDRAW

I’m not exactly sure what I was doing wrong, but I tried making withdrawals several times and kept running into errors. At this point, I had already wagered 100% of my deposits and was left with just $5.40. One thing I noticed is that the withdrawal fees are very low, even on the Ethereum chain. I used the BSC network for my withdrawal, but despite that, the same error kept coming up whenever I tried to cash out. I can’t really say if the issue was on my end or theirs, but I’ll check back again later to see if it works.
FINAL THOUGHTSOverall, my experience with Cloudbet was a mix of highs and lows. On the positive side, the sign-up process was smooth with multiple options, deposits were fast, and the sportsbook worked well for placing bets. I also liked that the site allows gambling without full KYC, even though that comes with withdrawal limits.
On the downside, the casino games were a huge letdown for me since none of them loaded, which really killed the excitement. The wallet connection also felt limited. MetaMask only acts as an identification, and deposits still have to be done manually, which is not different from the centralised casino; there is nothing Dapp-like about the site connecting with a wallet. The withdrawals, I hope it's a minor glitch.
EDITIt seems the glitch was general at first because I see some other reviewers had the same complaint at first but it was later resolved. Unfortunately, I used my balance to bet on Manchester City with Tottenham, and I lost the bet.

This is my experience using Cloudbet.
