Avalanche (AVAX) - thoughts?

I have been in crypto over 2 years now and obviously have heard of Avalanche but never really taken much notice in it due to it being a pretty high market cap.

Due to this crash we are currently experiencing, it hit a price of $15.30 yesterday for the first time since November 2023 and I now have it on my watchlist.

Current price is $16.88 and the market cap is now only $7B and I am thinking if this falls down to $14 I will buy hoping to make a 10x from that price later this year in peak bull run.

Who is a fan of Avalanche? How high can it go this year?

You want to make 10x profit from AVAX when the altseason is gone already. It is possible that some coins may rise a little but it will not be that much. And it will be when bitcoin is rising again. They may not rise more than bitcoin. There season is gone for now. But when they will fall, they will fall more significantly.

Altseason hasnt even arrived yet, we still have the rest of 2025 to pump.

What we are seeing right now is manipulation and 35-40% dips for Bitcoin are normal in a bull run, just look back at 2021 there was 5 or 6 times Bitcoin crashed around 30% till it hit the $69k high.

You may be right about the manipulation or not but I am certain that you are right about the oossible reversal of this correction and we may get to all-time high. But you are niyt right for posting that we were not in altseason. 2024 is the altseason and it has gone. Avoid altseason that you think will come but which will not come. That is true. We are all speculating.

I am not saying altcoins will not rise but they will not rise like the way they have reason in 2023/2024. Those coins rose 10 to 25 times and some even rise more. Expect not more than 3 to 4x this time except few coins that are newly created which may increase very well and dump again but there number will be less than how so many of them pumped in 2024.

They may not pump like we saw in 2021, but i think they will still pump enough to see 5-10x returns from current prices.

Let us wait and see. I am expecting less than 4x from them. I am not expecting AVAX to go more than 3x or less.

The overall all time high of AVAX is about $140 according to price tracker and since the past ATH has not be past since then, even when the overall market was bullish around December 2024, AVAX surged near $60 and if you had invested earlier before then, you must have secured some profit last. I like AVAX and I will buy some buy there speculation that the bear market is yet to come and by then, even Bitcoin will drop below its current with AVAX included, that is when I will buy.

I used avalanche and it was fast. The only trouble was getting gas fees in Eth. Native Eth is hard to trade with but when we get it in the avalanche network, the fees are very low and the transactions quick. But with too much competition in L2 solutions and rise of newer and newer L1 that offer quicker and cheaper transactions, Avalanche too is planning a L1 and it is supposed to be cheaper and faster than Solana but time would tell. I don't think the market would sustain this large number of utility coins. Avalanche could be a good buy at short term but I would not hold it for a long term. It could have a boost around L1 launch.

Avalanche is a good project and the team have done a great job to maintain the bullish direction of this project. This are rare gems in the market, we just have to let things flow directionally to our angles and doing what we do best in the system. There's nothing more important than securing a stand in the system. We're quite acquainted with the system and the number of projects we've derived over the years. We can still continue to hits more harder on a simple routine.  The price of avalanche keeps up and down movement.

Well Bergen County in US state of New Jersey is doing something on the Avax blockchain. It has a 5 year project they will tokenize $240 Billion in property deeds.
The partnership is with a real estate company called Balcony. It will be for 370,000 properties.  And now this state does have 460,000 tokenized property deeds.

Good news. But all of the attention is in Solana right now. Avalanche might have better decentralization and an innovative approach to scaling, but it isn't as overhyped as Solana is. Without hype, demand will stall (or diminish) resulting in lower prices for the cryptocurrency.

At least, adoption for AVAX is rising at a slow and steady pace. The partnership you've mentioned will keep capital flowing into Avalanche. It would be a "miracle" if AVAX reaches the "triple digits". Many holders will get rich if they've bought AVAX at current market prices. We can never tell what the future holds for any given cryptocurrency. So I'd hope for the best.
