I believe Gamba Casino doesn't have an official representative on the forum. I think the user @SupItsJTTV was the first to promote them here through this thread: Gamba | New Crypto Betting Casino.

OP, did you try contacting them via live support on their official website or through their official email: support@gamba.com?
Also, did you use the referral code multiple times or through multiple accounts? Did you exploit the referral system in an illegitimate way?

You can also file your complaint on Trustpilot and Casino.guru.

You can follow albon's advice about posting it on casino.guru, I checked them there and casino.guru has a review on them, and they seem to have a high rating of 8.4/10. As for the ANN thread they have here, it's not an official ANN thread according to him Gamba.com, they said they will be posting their official ANN thread, but they never did.

Forum members can't check your ID to verify your claims. Only support stuff can do this, so unfortunately you maybe have to wait for their response. How long have you been waiting since you wrote to them?

Make full use of CasinoGuru as advised. It may help expedite the process of resolving your issue, since the mediators give the casinos a time limit to respond to the complaint.
