I tend to keep the rules for these competitions very light and newbie friendly as we all just want to see the amazing art you can come up with, however lately there's been new users coming and and some older users getting sloppy and I have had this part in the rules for a year or more now: "ADD the link of your final artwork under the image you post here, or make the image clickable with the link to it."

Some of you have failed to this multiple times and I have overlooked it but it stops now, the following users have therefore been disqualified from this contest but are free to participate in the next one:

Big congrats to all the Easter & Spring  2025 Contest winners! My skills are in learning mode, so I didn't have many expectations to win. However, it's good to participate in such contests and get experience. Waiting for the next one from Roobet, it's always good to see such initiatives and support them.

Sorry for this, it won't happen again.

Most of the winners are those who submitted their entries late (especially in the digital category). I was really surprised that only one user asked for an extension and then suddenly many users submitted late. It's kind of unfair to those who submitted their artworks on time as they made an effort to meet the original deadline.

If Hampuz hadn't allowed the extension or the late submissions, the list of winners would probably be different. But yeah, I'm just a participant here I don't have any right to make/change the decisions like that, and I just have to accept that I, along with others who submitted on time that didn't win. Better luck next time, I guess.

My comment won’t change the results, but I hope it helps improve how future this contest runs.

For now, I'm taking a break from this contest.
