We should admit that merit count matters now over post quality. Even Duelbits campaign now only consider minimum 50 merit regardless on how you get it.
The minimum earned merit requirement by campaign managers is additional, and it doesn't mean that if someone meets that condition, they are surely going to get a slot. Those who don't meet that wouldn't even have their applications considered if they submit them, regardless of the fact that they are falling short on all requirements.
Those who think they can get into a proper signature campaign by fishing for merits and meeting the minimum earned merits requirement are delusional and need to wake up to reality.
