I have been into meditation and yogic practices from quite a long time and I will be sharing my experiences with everyone.
Also will teach everything from beginning .
Many things might make you wonder that I am saying bullshit of just trying to achieve something so yes and no .

So I got a little late I thing was out with some people had an amazing day hope you guys also are having great days
So todays I decided to speak about something but then I went through a thread of sleepiness and laziness
So I decided to talk more about things I talked over there
So the topic is BREATH/OXYGEN/O2/AIR
So what is this breath?
we people are busy in so many things money, sex, power ...
we forget about some things while trying to achieve others as in
We focus on out health we eat good food we take insurances we invest in order to have a good life after 50's
But one thing which we always forget is breath
2 minutes of no air might make you feel liberated <...>
So in antient civilization the books which the ancestors gave to us we have been told the importantance of breath
what happens if you can control it : according to them you will understand the universe
So it's something which looks unachieavble for everyone but
even if we give 10-15 minutes daily if we make a habit of thinking about air then my friend many insurance companies might make great profits out of you.
Exercise no 1 the most basic Kapalabhartihi
In this practice you just exhale air out of you body from your nose forcefully outside
when you forcefully exale air out of nose your stomach will go inside
dont forcefully take your stomach inside just exale with full power
You will learn in a few attempts

you can do the research part
What Happens when you do this for 1 week may be nothing
2 week still nothing
1 month something something
2 month your life will be changes
Just keep doing this for 10 minutes everyday problems like sleepiness, laziness, mood swings, anger, lust etc etc
We eat food which gives us nutrients we go to look everyday which takes out the waste
We drink water it helps us from dehydration
in the same way we take breath it gives you consiousness
if some how we learn to manipulate it in our ways new levels can be unlocked
In a long duration it will start to heal you in different ways
I don't say this The books says this
I personally have experienced life changing experiences out of this
This thread is a little long so that you can get a idea about what this is and what will I br talking in future
Books have knowledge we have to consume it there are ways which can cure even poisonous things, powers to see what not everyone can see and many more thing
but we have to give time and put faith in this I hope everyone is healthy and take some time out of you busy lifes and enjoy the nature. Our Mother Earth
