I had over 100 applicants and got spammed to death via messages, PM's, Telegrams and pigeons.
I've picked out 10 applicants that stood out and will continue with them, if you didn't hear from me via PM then you weren't selected.
If you would like to get selected for the future, improve the way that you're applying to job postings.
Begging for a job post will not get me to hire you.
Some small details like just giving a proper reply and expressing interest will get me to interview you.
Explaining who you are and what you can do for me in terms of the job posting will get me to hire you.
