There's a lesson in there somewhere.
First lesson, random is random for a reason and you can not trick random by imaginatively going back in time and trying the exact same thing somebody else did thinking it will reproduce the EXACT same randomness.

However it would have been extremely interesting if the randomness collided.  Would any of us believe in randomness then?  Because by asking an RNG to generate any 6 digit code, even 123456 can still be randomly generated!

Second lesson is that OP should keep it to themselves and attempt it by themselves if they have another idea again.  It is not the best idea to ask online whether something maybe nobody has ever tried before will have an successful effect.  Unless you really like doing charities.

As far as I know RNG is not time based or anything like that.

It's like how you generate private key in computing system like anything else, just pure RNG. It's been random since day 1, the fact that you can generate private key when there's no internet connection and random date speaks a lot about how it works.

Time may partly contribute to the entropy pool for a decent OS's RNG and usually other entropy sources contribute, too (event interrupts, network packet timing, intervals of keystrokes, microphone input, ...).

The thing is, "good" randomness isn't that easy for deterministic computers and algorithms, especially if your hardware doesn't have a TRNG (true random number generator). PRNGs (pseudo random ...) commonly have a defined periodicity, which can be large, but ultimately will repeat their sequence. Therefore it's crucial to have some non-predictable seed value for those PRNGs which are the most common type of RNGs when nothing better is available.

Bitcoin wallets have to use something of quality CSPRNG (cryptographically safe pseudo random ...) which ensure high quality randomness.

The topic of randomness is a deep and dark rabbit hole. Beware of the critters!
