I'm not clicking on that link though as it might have a malware. I try to report his post, but he locks it and I can't find the option to report it.

Looks like someone has already deleted his post as his post count is now 0. Normally when someone posts a topic and autolocks it, it is a pathetic scam attempt. Hopefully no-one is dumb enough to click shit they post.

This is a fast catch Dave1, you just saved some people the risk of clicking the link and it seems the OP knows he has been bursted. I wish the forum have a policy of banning accounts that intentionally post things that will harm others in the forum, this user deserved to be banned because he will come back with another pattern.

Its not totally necessary but in the future you may want to consider breaking the link by entering some spaces or parentheses in it, or putting the "insert code" around it so people don't accidentally click on it.

Can you please edit your OP while removing or try to break the link so it is not clickable, because some people who are ignorant about it would still click it to see for themselves, not knowing it is malware, which can be very dangerous to their systems and gadgets.

I think the post has been deleted because I tried to check if can see the post but I find nothing and the profile is showing zero post maybe it's been deleted because of several reports, about a link it's not links I click because I know that we have so many people with different intention why they are here, some people are to learn and some people are here to earn btc why some people are here for a scam, and I have seen that scam is taking almost everything here.

Are locked threads not reportable?

They can still be reported. Just look for any locked thread and look at the bottom right just below the post, you will be able to see the "Report to Moderator" option. I think OP was not keen enough to see the report option.
There's no reason a report option would be disabled, otherwise we would have malicious folks doing that every other time here.
