IgnitionCasino.eu not crediting funds sent

What happened: Funds send to IgnitionCasino on wrong chain are refusing to credit and/or refund.

Additional Notes: When depositing to IgnitionCasino, i accidentally sent USDT via BSC instead of ETH or ERC20 network. However, as seen in the 2 transactions above, the casino has since moved the funds meaning that their sweeping mechanism and/or individual controlling their wallets has been able to successfully receive the USDT. IgnitionCasino is refusing to credit me my funds despite having received them. Nor are they willing to send the funds back.

Sadly, there is not much that can be done on this forum, as they don't have an ANN thread here to try to contact their representative. I suggest posting this on casino.guru, I just checked, and they have already made a review on the casino(the casino is currently rated as "C").

Sorry for the bad experience. I am just trying to understand. Are those two transaction IDs all from you (payments you made to the deposit address)?

I have a similar case in the past. It was involving roobet, but they did refund the user's money once they started supporting the network. IgnitionCasino.eu being a lesser known casino, they can easily just keep quiet and make off with the money without resolving the issue. Let see the outcome of all this case after sometime but my confidence is low that they may refund the money.
