The inability to utilize existing resources is the problem of countries with poor systems. It's not unheard of; I think there are countries like that, corrupt countries that don't want to progress. For me, management is paramount in running a country so that long-term goals can be met.
Natural resources are abundant, but human resources lack the tools to produce them, so it's no surprise that much equipment must be purchased from other countries.

The corrupt countries don't just want any progress at all but because of their greed, the budget that's for the people are being pocketed by them. Greed and no sense of progress is what makes them stick to what they've used to do. There is no solution to these corrupt officials and while they're seated on the position, they'll continue to take what they can swindle. There are many countries with abundant blessings of nature and yet, the incompetent, greedy and corrupt officials make them as if they're really poor even if they're not.

Number one economy problem is that fact that those in the government try to keep the level of the education of their citizens very low, which in turns results in dumb people and dumb people are always a majority, they also always make wrong decisions and sadly, they decide the fate of the rest. Also, the system is designed in a way that it keeps you a slave. Rich people are getting richer, poor people are getting poorer and they also have to work more for less pay. Resources are not really the problem, the problem is that a few people have billions of dollars while they'll never use 90% of that in their life. If people were honest, then world would be a heaven.

This is connected to each other. They keep the poor people stupid, and new generation becomes stupid as well, stupid people look at others to blame, and then they do not see the real blame. This is the same in every nation, most cases it's left vs right, but never up vs down, when in reality the problem should always be up vs down.

Rich people keep getting richer, they even get money from the government to get richer, but if poor people ever demand the same money from the government, they push media (the same media rich people own) to make news about how that is socialism or communism and how that is bad. This is why we should try to educate people to get what they deserve, that's it, just what they deserve. If we all made the salary that we deserve, then it wouldn't be a problem.

I think that poor people shouldn't be demanding money from the government because that will not help them. The money doesn't solve problems if there isn't a workforce that can solve the problem. Money is simply a unique thing used for exchanging things or currency. If in the past we were about to trade multiple chickens for one cow, today you use money to buy a chicken or a cow.
Poor people love blaming government and demand free money from them. That's not the right approach too because the politicians are not the only problem, the mentality of the people is the problem that resulted in such a terrible politicians. There is a reason why certain countries are less corrupt compared to other countries and that reason lies into mentality of the nation.
