At the end of last month, Betpanda closed my account and seized all my money with no explanation, i reached out to them and they told me this :


"We are getting back to you regarding the complaint which we received on 31th of August, 2025 regarding your account closure.

After investigating the matter, we can see that the closure is in line with our Terms and Conditions, as is the confiscation of the funds on the account.

We don't have any obligation to divulge more detailed information under these circumstances, but for the sake of clarity and as a gesture of goodwill, please find the breached clause below:
 
5. ANTI-FRAUD POLICY

In the interests of fair play, it is not permitted to utilise or deploy any novel or recognised betting techniques while using our services which are designed to circumvent the standard house edge in our casino games nor the sportsbook. Should we detect that You have engaged in any activity of this nature, we may immediately suspend, terminate or restrict access to Your Account and/or retain any funds on the account.

As you can see, the betting techniques which you used breach the above and as a result, the funds were retained. Regardless of whether the bet(s) won or lost or who the games were recommended by or any details such as this does not matter, when and how the bets were placed does.

Please note that all investigations of this nature are initiated and carried out by our Sportsbook provider, not by us. They inform us of the outcome and then action is taken as per our Terms and Conditions as deemed appropriate.
In this instance, what raised the suspicions of our Sportsbook provider were bets that targeted early pre-match bets and line falls. You are of course welcome to contact the provider Betby to contest the outcomes of their investigation if you wish.

Obviously i don't have access to my betting history anymore but i used to check new bets 2-3 times a day and then just bet on the lines i like, hardly any kind of an elaborate strategy that would be against TOS. On top of that, i maybe placed 15 bets total on betpanda in august, most of them in the 10$ to 50$ range and maybe 3-4 in the 100$ to 150$.

I have been unable to contact Betby to get any further clarification and the betpanda support has gone silent aswell.

It seems to me it would be pretty easy for Betpanda/Betby to provide betting & connections logs showing that i "targeted early pre-match bets and line falls" and this just looks like a convenient excuse to take my crypto while getting rid of an account that run up 80$ into 1.5k$ (altough half of that was just the crypto market going up).

I'm not sure if anything can be done to resolve my case but atleast it is worth documentating that betpanda can and will close accounts and confisquate all winnings while providing little explanation and no evidence whatsoever.

First of all,, if you still have any evidence available (such as emails from support, old screenshots, or transaction records ), it would be useful to share it here.

Secondly, this is the official forum account of their representative > Betpanda. I have already sent them a message in the hope that they will come to this thread, review your case, and try to assist you.

However, I think it's appropriate if you believe you haven't violated their Anti-Fraud Policy, is to contact their provider Betby and appeal the outcome of their investigation, as they advised you.

I have tried to contact Betby a couple times through their contact email (info@betby.com), both of my mails have gone unanswered. I also asked Betpanda support if they could help with contacting Betby, no answer there either.

Damn, sounds bad. I hate cases where they hit you with some clause you supposedly violated. The wording they are using is also quite funny, like they are doing you a favor of telling you which clause you violated. "Gesture of good will" my axx.  Roll Eyes

Hopefully Holy can help you but yeah, those betby related cases mostly don't end well and there is nothing you can do about it. Keeping the deposits (not the profits) is a bad practice some sites use but since they state it in their terms and you acknowledge them when you register there is nothing that can be done.

Sometimes, it is good to make such a request because it would help you know where you have made a mistake, so that such an event doesn't repeat itself again, but in some cases, casinos do not respond, they remain silent over the whole thing without responding to enquiries as it relates to the gambler's fault. I think this is a good point to make because gamblers have the right to know the mistake they have made that warrants such actions against them, so they do not repeat such a mistake again, as it would affect them in losing their account. Maybe you should wait and see what their response would be with respect to your request for inquiries.
