There is already an existing law that anyone who is not 18 plus should stay away from gambling because they consider people below this stage or see as premature or children but the funny truth is that sometimes it is not really about age but what you have in your mind, your ethics, your believe, your understanding etc these are what matters. People we see in the society as an addict none of them are premature but they are always an addict then how come children who are not 18 plus are not an addict and there are places that if you check well, you will see people that are below 18 plus gambling because of growth you won't really know.
If this happens it is because first of all people who are under 18 are still under the guardianship of their parents, just a minimal complaint and the parents of the minor go to jail , a minor who suffers from addiction in casinos is the full responsibility of the parents, and also the lack of maturity of the minor to do something like that.

Outrightly banning gambling mostly bounces back. It has ability to force its activity underground, provide black markets, and make addiction worse, due to the lack of regulation or assistance. A preferred way is mostly strong regulation, with education and reachable assistance for problem gambler. Banning totally sure seem protective, yet in the practical they scarcely settle the issue.
By adopting a balanced approach, governments and regulatory bodies can work to minimize the risks associated with gambling while still allowing for a controlled and regulated industry.

Prohibition can drive gambling underground, creating black markets and increasing the risk of exploitation, strong regulation can help mitigate the negative effects of gambling, such as addiction and financial harm, providing education and accessible assistance for problem gamblers can help address addiction and promote responsible gaming practices, Regulation and support services can be more effective in addressing the issues associated with gambling than outright bans.
