I thought every hotels have carbon monoxide detector installed in every room to notify visitors and hotel workers of concentrated areas where there is excessive carbon monoxide. These detectors are meant to be in every hotels, houses, factories and companies to notify people when things go wrong. I am disappointed to see this kind of news of innocent people losing their lives due to the low safety concern of visitors.
When say every hotel, it is funny because it seems you don't know that hotels are level by level, will you expect a hotel whose payment is low to have such detector, people check in some hotels according to their budget and what they can actually afford, actually the detectors as you said are supposed to be in every hotel but they can't because most of those hotels are not properly built, those facilities you are talking about may not be available there reason being that they are not monitored by the appropriate and even though they are been supervised to know if they got this, some of those supervisors might be compromised, so that's it, alot has to be done to get things right.
