As of today the antminer s21xp is best.

Which is subject to a few things

1) 240 volt single phase power
2) a price of 10 cents per kwatt

you pay $8.50 in power

you earn $15.39

a profit of $7.89 a day

you can buy one at about 6200 usd.

ASIC be in control of, you could look over Bitmain's latest rigs, I mean Antminer S21e XP Hyd 3U philipma1957 also mentioned, which have a lofty hashrate & mega efficiency however are still kinda high cost, also must account for market cycles & electricity.  You know ETH is PoS now, so GPUs are actually outdated for it. Otherhand GPU was very profitable for Zcash but nowadays most of the alt-mining yields mediocre returns. So another one is Cloud contracts? Yeah its super easy, but  margins are tiny. And Solo FPGA setups is totally Lagging.

I think the s21xp + takes the lead for now.

500TH compare to 478TH on s21xp

176watt less power consumption compare to s21xp

But they are not really far from each other.

The S23 hydro will take the need soon, with it's 580TH and power consumption same as the s21xp and the +, it will be no brainier.

$0.1 per KW/h wow! if only. Try living in the UK its about 4x that much £0.30 ~ $0.40

Mining in the UK is all but impossible without Solar to offset the costs.
