Blame it on Facebook and Google. All they care about is money and not the safety of the users. Why they don't moderate scams, malware, phishing links that use their platforms to advertise like the way they would moderate explicit content or "hate speech" is beyond my understanding.
Such ads shouldn't appear anywhere on social media, if only they were not greedy companies.

You are correct that Facebook and Google do not care about their users, but do you think users should be educated enough to know how to defend themselves? Social media is for everyone, and identifying scammers will be difficult. Scammers use another person's identity to get people's attention and scam them, and it will be difficult to know if it is the real person or not. The only way to avoid falling into the trap of the scammers is to be careful and smart about what you are doing. We should not allow greed to lead us into the trap of scammers. I know fraudsters are highly cunning, but if we are content with what we have and not searching for a quick profit, we will be less likely to fall victim to their schemes.

Facebook is scam.

Why I say this?
Not only fake tradingview advertisement but there are fake advertisements with brands like Binance, OKX, Remitano, Kucoin and many others. They are too raw scams as their links can be easily seen and known that it none of those links are from those brand official websites.

What did I do?
I reported those scam advertisements to Facebook and it took them one or two weeks before they responded to my reports. Their replies are they disagree with all my reports and won't delete or ban those advertisements on Facebook.

Those advertisements are scam but how Facebook handle reports against scams is even more scam. You can try to do report and verify what I said.

If they are responsible, they must verify those domain links before approving them on those websites. They are irresponsible initially and when handling my reports. Double irresponsibility and scam, it is Facebook.
I saw Kucoin recently, and another not well known trading apps as well circulating in Facebook. And just like you I reported it right away and hope that it will be taken down. Nevertheless, it's a never ending battle for us as Facebook doesn't care to be honest. They don't take accountability seriously. As long as they can be paid up front, they are going to display this ads even if it is going to harm crypto enthusiast. That's really bad practice but we don't have total control about it. Maybe the best thing to do right now is to stay away from it, from their social media and if we see one then ignore or report it.

Like I mentioned above, Facebook is a billion dollar company. They can easily have all the necessary security measures if they designate and allocate such budget for that. But the fact that there are advertisements being approved despite being a scam really bugs me about their system.

Indeed, they have the capability to hire a dedicated team to review ads before publishing on the platform. They could open branches in each country to accept all ads and audit the content before approval, something they can do because they have ample financial resources.

But they don't do all of that, It's unclear what kind of approval system they've chosen, and they can't effectively address these malware and phishing ads issues. Some say it's like a cat-and-mouse battle, such as unstoppable. However, if handled manually, all of this can clearly be minimized or even prevented.

Facebook is not safe place for newbies or vulnerable people since they didn't regulate well their platform. They let those fake sites spreading around and what's worse is they spread fast thru advertising their scam in that platform.

I've seen so many times those fake Binance,OKX and other platforms promotions you have said, then click report of all those ads I see hoping they take action on those reports.

We should be more responsible to verify since not everything we saw online is real. Also it will be good if we warn our friends about those scams so that they won't fall from scams.

I never did believed in ads on any platform as most of it are exaggerated but I will only believe when I know someone who did benefit from it. So if I didn't know anyone that did that's the time I make some research about it to make sure that it is safe. Although I will mark myself as safe from it and I am thankful for you sharing this as this is new information to me like how they want to steal from their victims and what way or method they're using.
