It's no surprise that the rich are the ones who shape the country's policy. It's well known that the wealthy rule the United States behind closed doors. They pay politicians to pass the laws they want.

These wealthy people also finance the election campaigns of most presidential candidates, so the least they can expect from them is that they formulate economic policies that lead to the accumulation of their wealth.

Trump is also a billionaire, and many of his inner circle are elites. So what's wrong with his economic policies benefiting him, his friends, and his associates?

True trump second term victory was largely contributed by the Rich businesses owners like Elon musk so am not surprised with the policies of Trump in reducing the tax for business which will go a long way to help the rich super class this is what they get in supporting trump this is politics at play



But all business are actually affected especially inport and export because there are allot of tariffs that business owners has to pay because with Trump's tariffs that was imposed on countries there is also a counter tariff that has been imposed by these countries to goods coming from the United States so Trump's policies is actually affecting all class of person's in the United States

All you are proving here is that these companies are largely parasitic to the United States and do not have America first interests in mind. The US government has given all of these companies so much which has been a mistake. However, democratic  politicians receive all kinds of kickbacks that is why money is given around freely.

The US is a notoriously capitalistic state. I wouldn't want to live in a country where even basic public goods and services are commercialized, and where you can get in serious financial trouble even if you just happen to need medical aid and don't have a great insurance.
But as for people who have the most gaining the most, I unfortunately believe that this issue goes well beyond the US. Sure, some countries have particularly high taxes for the wealthiest people. But having more opportunities to have more gains when you're already doing quite well is something I see in other places as well. It happens naturally, as you establish a certain reputation, gain experience and trust. However, trying to counterbalance that by giving opportunities to those significantly less privileged is what I see as a moral obligation.

I saw him yesterday in a meeting with Bill Gates and Mark Zuckerberg, its a total shift into how he was a few months ago and how he sided with Elon. Elon was with him along the entire way and those 2 werent very friendly to him at all. I dont know what is going exactly through his mind.

Maybe its his advisors that at telling him to get closer to Zuckerberg and Gates. The way he handles all these tariffs is also crazy how he announces them and then delays them. He has gone back and forth so much that I don't even know what is going on with the tariffs. Are they still on or not?

There is also him presenting that bill. The one that he fough with Elon. He wanted to say money and prevent the government from going bankrupt but he introduced that bill. Why even start that DOGE if he was going to overspend anyways and put American into more debt.

It ranks number 26. Healthcare, energy, and agriculture, for example, are sectors with significant state intervention. And they are not the only ones.

The USA stands out because it is the world's largest economy. The thing is, it is much easier to repeat anti-capitalist mantras without even knowing what capitalism is than to give an informed opinion.

Even if we talk specifically about the crypto, then also we see that his policies are made for himself and his family. The launch of the "Trump" token just a day before his inauguration made him so much money that maybe he didn't earn that money in all his political career. The World Liberty Finance is his own family company and they have also launched a token WLFI. Although that token hasn't created much attention but who knows, the trump family had all the money to inject into it and make it trending at any time.

Also, this is not the hidden truth that his son knows how the market will react to this Trump statement about tariffs, and he can front-run his positions and get hidden benefits.

Politicians' elections are sponsored by businessmen and big corporations. When they win elections, they will definitely compensate their sponsors. Trump would have to make policies that would benefit his sponsors and other presidents have also done the same. The wealth of nations can never be distributed equitably. There will always be the rich and poor and the US is not an exception.

Personally I haven't heard any politicians today really support the citizen instead of the rich bad people/entities. As we know money is the strongest weapon in the world, everyone wants money, including politicians.

The good politicians that are on citizen's side only exist in the past, when money is still not the most important thing.

What is happening in the US happens everywhere including my country and it can be seen as the attribute of capitalism. In my country, we have a president that is implementing all the recommendations of IMF including devaluation of our currency and removal of energy subsidy, a decision that scattered our economy and push more people to abject poverty. But in that same country, the rich are getting richer and the gap between the rich and the poor continues to widen. Most of the laws passed now are just favoring the elites and politicians.
