Hi, yesterday I created an account on shuffle.com, because stake.com kept restricting my betting size on Sport bets. I used the 100% deposit bonus and deposited around 250$. I got the bonus lost my money all good. Today I deposited about 80$ in LTC and ive gotten up to 1400$ then cashed out on a bit less then 1200$ then the transaction went in pending mode. I asked the support why? Because ive asked the support before I deposited the first time if my account is ready and set up for withdrawals and the support gave me Green light said all good you can deposit and withdraw without any restrictions. After I asked the first answer was LTC is experiencing delays and they asked me if I want to cancel the transaction(so I could continue to play) I said no! Minutes later they want ID verification and the support wrote me to do it so I can withdraw. As soon as it accepted my ID they wanted all of a sudden level 4 verification(proof of adress) and there started the problem. Ive sent them first phone bill( I did not know that this is not accepted ) and they have rejected it. Then I looked into their terms what is accepted and sent my Internet bill it was rejected again, after that Ive sent even my bank Statement, which was issued 10 days ago because ive opened a New bank account and they rejected it too! Ive printed my Internet bill and uploaded a photo of it and they rejected it again! The support just keeps saying they have to review it manualy, then Ive started to search for reviews and saw that there are many more who are experiencing this sort of problem. I hope that it gets solved but for me it looks very fishy for now. My username on Shuffle is Oberhuber
Okay, first thing first, if it's not too much, I'd ask for your patience while I try to nudge Shuffle. I have your username, so I think it's good for now. I'll try to get to the bottom of your matter with KYC and perhaps a solution of what you can use for verification.
Second, if I may shed some light why this inconvenience happened. If I may ventured a guess, it's a... two different situation colliding. One, it's the investigation following a big win, it's a common practice shared amongs casinos. The provider will need to investigate your game and the win, to be sure that it's won fairly and legally. To do that, they unfortunately require the casino to get you to do KYC [I think the reason is obvious, but if you don't get it, I can explain]. Two, and this is my priority to tackle, you seemed to hit a road bump on your KYC due to the lack of proper documentations.
I'll inquire to Shuffle why they got rejected and what ID that they suggest that'll work.
Sit still, if you don't mind.
