So they assigned us a new account manager, Lina, who took over the account and ensured us we will get paid. We got paid €550 today (Sept 1) due from a few months ago, we still have €1200 due as well and would update once this is paid. Old post is below


We had an account manager who for months made sure we'd get paid but since he left we got a new account manager who barely responded to us, and got us 1 payment, then surprisingly she also left -

They are not responding, not processing payments anymore, not responding to emails or messages.

We tried reaching out via all the previous account managers, via CryptoLeo.com, via emails, and all contact information provided on their sites, nothing, no one does anything with it!



This is how the payment status is shown - "Review" - they did it last month but then the account manager (before she left) sorted it out for us, they also requested we would run more traffic to their sites before issuing payments, which is unscrupulous - payments should not depend on future traffic, we provided the users and they are not paying.

There is no question of traffic legitimacy, the traffic is great, but they just play it dirty by not paying!

This is posted as a warning to other affiliates, and hence the scam structure for forum post is different as we don't expect anyone here to help us with this, but at least over time affiliates will be aware of it due to this post. We're extremely against playing things unfairly.

Thank you for sharing your experience here and I hope your post will be a reference for those who want to try their affiliate marketing system.

I also hope that you will publish your complaint on Trustpilot, AskGamblers and Affiliate Guard Dog to put pressure them to pay, since unfortunately no ANN topic on the forum to allow direct contact with their representatives.

What does it even mean to bring more traffic to their site before issuing payment? That’s a red flag indicating a decline in their integrity lately.

If they stick to this condition and continue to neglect their affiliates,, they will eventually lose their reputation and be completely avoided.

Thank you for the above screenshot, but since the previous account manager appears to have used a different Telegram account than the ones shown in their footer area, I think it'd be better if you could export your chat history with that account manager ^{[if there aren't any sensitive information]} and upload it to a website that scans uploaded files for malware ^{[e.g., MediaFire]}.

When they took forever with their initial offer of instant vip status and instant level up and didnt deliver for a week they turned me off. Not a professional operation at all imo but I wasnt going to tag them for what was imo incompetence.

If they end up not paying I would open a flag. Im sure you will get the support needed.

I haven`t pushed their brands ever and I remember communication being tough and slow at some point in the past, especially when they re-structured one of their brands etc. After that, I haven`t really had anything to do with them but let me see if I can get in touch with anyone. Let`s see if we can somehow help.

That answer is quite bad, he is basically saying "if you dont send more traffic your earnings will not be paid out in the future"
even though you most likely collected the referral legitamite. Nobody should need to worry about getting new referrals to be able to collect earnings from already registered referrals, thats a really bad sign.

This bad business practise is "normal" in casino affiliate marketing, allthough they usually just delete your referral and you don't even know about it at the first place. Most likely they missed their chance and now you are aware that this refferral exist. Now they are trying a different technique to steal your earnings/referral.

Noted and shared in my network so we don't work with chilipartners. Thanks for the heads up.

Her name is Kylie and her email address is khegarty@chillipartners.com - she wouldn't have an email address under this domain if she wasn't working for them, right?





There is no flag yet and not sure if a flag will even help here, the indexing of this thread is enough for us at this stage.

Also she is not the ultimate person to blame - it's the management / whoever is in charge of ChilliPartners or what she called "finance team" (being anonymous) - they are the ones unwilling to pay and causing them to be scammers. No wonder why she resigned. Although not replying to the messages is also not a great communication either.

Thank you for providing the above screenshots... I understand that she's no longer responsible for handling the payments, which is exactly why I brought up the subject of flags when mentioning their representative's account instead.

You're very welcome... Here are the steps:

• On "Chilli Partners" trust summary page, you need to go over the negative feedback type to find the "add a flag" button on the latter part of its description > After clicking it, you need to choose the appropriate flag type (second or third one) > Next > First empty field is for the URL of this topic and on the next field you need to set the date > Check the last box and hit Confirm.

I'm glad one of those Telegram accounts was somewhat responsive, and it finally led to partially getting paid. However, did the newly assigned account manager mention why she couldn't handle the remaining outstanding payment as well? Are they facing any issues at the moment?

It looks like the previous account manager who left simply ignored our requests so our account was left without any account manager.
Now she's handling it so it seems better.

That's what it seems, it's still not okay these guys have email accounts that are unresponsive, however let's see if she will handle the next one without any issues, and if she does - then we can say it's all okay.

I thought this business was too good. Once you have some loyal users and can provide traffic, you make easy money without doing hard work. The number of affiliate websites is increasing day by day because people think it is easy to make money this way. But we often see these kinds of complaints from the affiliate website owners. This must be frustrating for them.

I think I have seen another scam accusation thread from you before. Not only you, I think I have seen more people creating scam accusation threads. I assume casinos like 1xbet simply delete their affiliate marketers account as they are fucking shady casino.
