ALLTRA USDT Trading in the US

I have some ALLTRA USDT tokens in a Metamask wallet and I am located in the US. I have been searching for a platform to be able to exchange them over to a recognized currency in the US to no avail. These tokens are only recognized on foreign platforms which are not accessible from the US. Any and all suggestions on what I can do with them would be greatly appreciated.
