1. What kind of Job is it?
2. What are the required qualifications?
3. What tasks are the applicant supposed to fulfil and how many hours will the work per week?
4. What is the approximate compensation?

It's better so that by the time someone PMs you, they are sure about what they are going to do or how much they may receive as compensation.

this kind of announcement is so suspicious but someone’s probably ready to take the bait

why would you need someone from a specific location for a job you are announcing online? in a forum where members are from different parts of the world? maybe better to find a specific forum for your city to really reach the one you need

Which Georgia do you mean exactly: the U.S. state or the country in the Caucasus?
I live in Batumi - it's a city in Georgia on the Black Sea coast. Would that work for you?
