I’ve been a regular sports bettor with Shuffle for the past five months (VIP account), mainly focusing on high-stakes live betting. Last week, I experienced a significant losing streak, but in my most recent session, I managed to recoup nearly all of those losses.

When I attempted to withdraw my winnings on Monday, I noticed that my withdrawals were marked as “under review.” No response to my e-mails, apart from the typical one: Our Compliance team is scheduled to review your account and the documents you have provided manually. We will message you once we have an update or if any additional information or documents are required.

Are you betting on low tier soccer games that could be fixed matches? Below is a response from Noah about such cases and you will be disappointed if you're betting on these games.

Hi guys, I’ve seen a few of these sports-related scam accusation threads popping up recently so I’d like to give the community some context. There has been a recent spate in match fixing in sports, in both top tier leagues and shittier ones. All of the players that I’ve checked have been involved in some form in betting on these fixed matches.

It has gotten to the point where it is ridiculously egregious. Our approach will continue to be heavy-handed until these people betting on fixed matches realise that we have zero tolerance for it. A lot of gambling forums and review sites will refuse to touch sports-related issues because it’s rife with people like this complaining that sportsbooks are locking them up for betting on fixed matches - there is good reason for this.

If withdraw has been processed then good job to all that got this escalated to the right channel's, and as of account being restricted take the "L"on that one, your funds should be priority 1.

Btw, since problem has been resolved it will be nice of you to change or add  the "solved"  tag line in the title..
