Hello, I registered with papabet about 3 days ago, I sent some messages to their support clarifying some doubts and I didn't receive any response  I see that their support is not good, nowadays it is unacceptable for a bookmaker to take so long to respond to a new customer  You could use discord, or send PM here, but you decided by email, that sometimes takes more time.

Most probably OP would help directly on this thread since they seem pretty much active here. Once you don't get a reply properly from the support system, it means their support is poor. Gamblers would become disappointed once they don't get enough support from the gambling platform. However, share your doubts here, so we may also look into the situation. Try to figure out the issue; since your support system on the site doesn't respond properly, you can help him. Gamblers definitely will come here to get the support from this announcement thread. You have some responsibility here; hence, they come here.

You should have made it easier by sending him the discord serve link directly. That's what support does, and also his complaint is about slow support response. Imagine you have to take about 3 days to respond to his request for the discord link. You could also talk to your support team to improve on their service delivery so that someone does not have to look up for papabet in Bitcointalk forum to complain about their unreplied email.

Hello Bitz.io , from what I see, your support is the same as Papabet  I sent messages via email this morning and so far I haven't received any response,................... nowadays, bookmakers that take forever to respond to a simple message from a new customer, demonstrate bad service, don't they???

This is an open discussion, there is no chance that reputable accounts will give them good reviews in exchange for money if they provide bad service. Of course, everyone has the right to post their own valid feedback. If the platform provides fair service, then the official representative can post it here with only one valid proof from which users can understand very well that they are being truthful. But if they get angry, it will only worsen their reputation because everyone here believes only one valid proof. Anger never brings out anything good.
