MtGox not answering their phone before the deadline?

Please verify for legal purposes that they are not answering the phone! I called many times.

Did they tell you to phone? Surely they've got a lot of enquiries to get through anyway.

From searches as from what I've read before it looks like payouts were staggered since last year or the year before. Not sure how they worked out who was a creditor and how much they owed.

Yes, months ago already, here are some reddit thread/post of them below. As far as i know they required their users to fill up some forms. As for your concern, probably the line is busy and you can email them or in any way to contact them online instead.
