You don't know certainly which casino takes care of your personal information more securely but the past is a good indicator of the future, so if there is a well-established casino that has never had a problem with keeping users' data secure, then for maximum safety, it's better to stick with that casino instead of newer platforms. Btw as I said, in theory, this doesn't mean that new casinos don't have a better data security and management. It depends on you, if you want, you can risk and try a new casino, everyone was new after all and gained reputation over time but if you are extra cautious, then it's better to stick with old ones.
Some platforms claim that their use KYC data are properly protect but I don't believe it because they contract third party to handle the KYC and they cannot guaranty that the data will be protected. But I agree with you, most reputable casinos that ask for KYC also try to protect user data so they don't make mistake that will lead to litigation. We can then say that the reputation of a casino have correlation to their ability to maintain confidentiality.
