Yes, you are right. But as a payment processor, Cryptomus should not freeze or steal user funds. When you pay for a service, the last thing you expect is for the intermediary to take away your funds.
There are better options without such risk.

Yes, really Cryptomus make no sense, why to keep your funds with a company like that? when you can have processors that can actually send the transactions directly to your wallet, so no point in taking that sort of a risk.
