If you set a goal for a task, that task will be completed much faster and consistently. If someone does not set a goal for a task, it will take him a lot longer to complete that task. I set a goal for myself for any task. If you work with a goal, that task is much better.
For example, an investor in Bitcoin wants to collect a Bitcoin in his portfolio. But a new investor does not have a specific goal. So he sells his investment after some time. So it is very important to set a goal and work.
You know it’s one thing to set goals for a task and it’s another to stay focused and consistent on those goals, because that’s what really determines whether the task would be carried out quickly or if it’ll take much longer, so it’s not just about setting those goals, anyone can set goals but not everyone has the capacity and capability to stick to those goals to get your task done.
I can understand what you mean, so on the one hand this is true, but on the other hand as you said, tasks and goals have a difference. But I don't think that's something that should be a problem, because surely we are here with the same goal, it's just different in delivering it.
For me, when we set a goal and we are already at that goal, then there are new goals that we will design, in other words it will be sustainable. This is an important thing that we must apply, because we become aware of something that we must achieve and it is also a motivation.
