Nobody plays gamble to lose,all gamblers gamble to win and not lose. Nobody will purposely lose his bet but gamble is a game of chance. You place your bet either to win or lose. I completely agree with you, and I'm sure there are no bettors who place a bet and then give up hope of winning. That's stupid. Everyone believes absolutely everything, because that's a characteristic of our logic and reason. We always believe in the best, and unfortunately, gambling and betting exploit this characteristic of ours, often against us. Yeah, you are absolutely right bud, one will be absolutely mistaken if they believe that every gambler out there gamble for exactly the same reason(s), it's an absolute no, several persons or people gamble for the sake of making money, while so many others gamble simply to have fun, while there are those who at this time, they are gambling for money, and the next minute, they are gambling simply to have fun, all this reasons for gambling are all good so long as the gambler maintain the rules of responsible gambling, because in the end, one has to gamble responsibly to avoid getting addicted plus attract other negative things that comes with gambling the wrong way.

But when your mindset is to get a specific amount of money that you currently cannot get in any other way, you start to experience a streak of losses.

You are right, I can't deny the fact that I've had this experience alot of times in my gambling journey, and one of such that surprised me the most was one time I was simply scrolling through Stake and I was just watching the betting logs as it updates, at a moment, I saw a multi bet with 11 legs, I clicked on it, viewed the games and I was going to simply press the back button but then, I decided to just put a few cents on it..

About a week later, I visited stake again to check my campaign payment and discover I had a balance that is more than my pay for the week, I decide to trace where the extra money must have come from and then discovered I won that multi-bet which I simply betted on for fun and even forgot about it since I concluded within myself that it wasn't going to click, I was speechless and suprised, and a moment later, I began to wonder what it would have been like if I actually took that ticket serious and put like $50 to $100 on it, maybe the ticket wouldn't have made it through  😂😂

Most likely, you wouldn’t have been able to place such a bet anyway, because multi-bets are usually limited in the maximum amount you can wager. Your bet simply would not have gone through. But with just a few dozen cents, it worked exactly because the potential payout in absolute numbers is still not very large. I have tried many times to place similar multi-bets even with 10 dollars, and the system simply did not allow it. So I place 1 to 4 dollars, but I still have not managed to win with that kind of combo.
