Currently when you loot at the scam accusations you would see there are lot of complaints but it's seems there is not being done so far.. well I understand how most of you feels towards how some casinos treating you guys wrongly, most people do have deposit pending and they wouldn't want to solve the previous issues they went ahead making additional deposit whereby all their payments got stocked.

Pending of money sometimes is as a result of poor internet connection and not really the casino but the Casino should try to fix it or the bank you used should do something about it, I have deposited money in a casino before but it didn't went through but my bank debited me and so after sometime the money bounced back to my bank account and I have also deposited money before and it didn't went through and this time around it didn't went through so after sometime I went to the bank to lay a complain about what happened and they rectified it after some hours but sometimes if you don't go to the bank the money will be lost on the air. sometimes it is not really the Casino's fault if your depost get stuck while it was processing, the issue might just be from the bank or the payment system you are using, which is why it is always recommended to keep evidence of transactions just in case the payment fails along the way and also if the money did not show up after depositing, another smart thing to do is to give the bank customer service a quick call to lay out the complaint. Casinos should also do their best to fix their systems or update them regularly.

And why is the first deposit pending? Is it because slow network, or is it something with the casino? I had a case where my deposit was confirmed, but I waited too long for the casino to update my balance... it was annoying. If it's a network, I can understand additional deposits... with a higher transaction fee, it will be faster, and the previous deposit will get confirmed eventually. But if it's up to a casino, then I don't get why anyone would make an additional deposit? It's clear they have an issue. But if someone got there, the first thing to do is to contact support... what else? Arm yourself with patience, start with ordinary support, and make your way to someone who is above...

Usually like the way I does I don't just join any random gambling site just to join or gamble at the site, what happened is that I must first understand how good and reputed they could be before me joining that gambling site and even that I must first check if there terms and condition aren't that favorable to me to gamble on their site. I had the same with a game where I bet that my team would go the season "undefeated" and they wanted to make the bet a loss because one of the games was a draw. The support wanted to say that undefeated mean was when they won every game but I had to explain that a draw is not a loss so it should be a win on my bet. Only after many tickets they understood that I was right and gave me the money.

I have not been cheated before but I have seen people been cheated even though it's not the casino I used. My experience was getting my reward slash because some games didn't hold and because of that, some my odd was slash and instead of paying based on the slash odd, the money didn't correspond with the odd after the games were deducted but I accepted my money anyways because even though I complained, there is nothing they will do since their customer support suck. Another I watch was from a guy that was talking in a radio podcast, he won big amount of money with a very small amount of money and he was never paid. They claim the game code doesn't existed but the guy has the printed slip, even the agent that helped the guy bet on the physical casino claimed the game existed and was the one that helped him booked but the bet was denied claiming it was incorrect code, till date nobody likes the casino.

I’ve made a deposit before and waited for almost an hour and yet nothing, I quickly contacted their support team, although it took some time but I was patient till they finally responded, and they verified that the deposit didn’t get to them and I should check with my bank, which I did and in no time, the whole issue was resolved. When there’s a delay in deposit or withdrawal, there’s always something wrong somewhere, and the most logical thing to do at that point would be to contact their support system to first know what’s wrong before knowing what action to take next.

If there is a delay in the deposit, then something must be wrong. I am of the opinion that sometimes you just need to allow the casino to exhaust all its opportunities so that when you begin your complaint, there will not be much room for them to do or act funny. If they cheat you with not much fact to back up their claim, then they have a good case to answer because you have facts at hand. I have not been cheated before, but I will not be too quick to respond to them if they do that to me without many facts at hand.

I have never been cheated by any casino before. However, gamblers should not fail to escalate any issue they have with a casino. They can use all appropriate channels available to them to see that they are given their entitlements. In doing so too, they will help in preventing other gamblers from being victimso thesame casino. I have experienced a little glitch on their system where the casino tagged a game of mine as been lost when I used double chance and the or was correct. Just wrote to their support and my winnings were reimbursed. No big of an issue.
That's always good when you see support work and fix the issue. I only felt cheated once and I feel like the casino had some script against auto betting to eliminate people. Anyway, I hit a losing streak at a casino playing dice and had something like 17 lost rolls in a row. Normally you play and it's like 2 wins - 1 loss, 1 win 2 losses, sometimes it's a row of 3 lost bets, but at 50% chance you rarely get 10, but 17 can feel like the system is set to get rid of you. Anyway, I've always had bad experience playing dice for long. You either bet a lot and win right away, or you're screwed.

I have never felt cheated by any casino where I have gambled. I feel sorry for those who go through problems, but I also know that many of those who complain break the rules and try to cheat "first". No one who is wrong will admit it; they will want to take advantage in any way possible. Imagine if a casino decided to sue a cheater? Not every case should be treated the same!
