Bcgame locked my level 46 PLATINUM account

Bcgame has locked my account with UID:- 24899010 and username:-carrybcgame which was a platinum level account. And it is been several months already and i am still unable to login into that account .They don't even reply to my emails. I have put alot of money in that account to reach platinum level and now i can't afford to loose that account. I want my Bcgame account back. Can anyone here help me with that?

They couldn't have just locked it without giving you a reason why they did so. Can you give us the full context of the story?

Maybe start with screenshots of your initial chats with the BC Game support team? We would also like to know if at the time the account was locked, you had any money or pending withdrawals.

There was no money in my account and no pending withdrawals. i was kind of daily user of bcgame at some point i thought i should distance a liittle from bcgame and i kind of stayed away for sometime but when i tried logging into bcgame in February. I was unable to login . I thought there might be some problem and left it there after that i had an accident and i was hospitalized for about 3 months. After all this i tried logging into my bcgame game account in October but am still unable to login into my bcgame account. I also mailed them the details they told me to provide but they aren't responding to my mails.Then i googled yesterday and landed here where i saw same cases where resolved. Please help me out also if you need anything regarding that i can help you with everything you might need.

I've escalate your UID to that contact and inquired them to look into the matter so we can at least understand the basis of your account locking, now all we can do is wait. They've told me that they'll be quite busy, I want to respect that by not nudging them until they're available by themselves.
