Have been trying to access the forum for the past 10-20 minutes but I was able and I wanted to know if is just usual thing or some experience same thing?
Also, do you think people should be notified when an update is about to be done on the forum, what do you think?

It is a cloudflare error that caused it and not forum server error. This kind of error 500 will be unexpected to the forum unlike if it is the forum server that is not working.

I experienced the same thing and saw most of the images I uploaded on the pumpkin contest not displaying as it should. I kept refreshing the page until it properly displayed.

There wasn’t a need for panic though, it’s not uncommon for these internet downtimes on the forum, it’s mostly due to cloudflare issues and should you have read the reports that was given, you would get not just an answer but an advice on how to proceed which was; to revisit in few minutes.

It identified as an internal error,
Browser happened to be working,
Bitcointalkforum working just fine
Paris however had issues much related to the cloudflare server.

Reports pointed out that, it would be clear in minutes. Rest assured, it would happen again and just as it cleared up, it would come to a halt.
