I don't think Coinmarketcap is a reputed platform since it lists scam shitcoins and under-rated services. Coinmarketcap won't hesitate displaying info that serve its own interest. I remember hear that Coinmarketcap accept listing shitcoins for a listing fee, and that scam services like 1xbit can pay for banner ads. I would never trust Coinmarketcap, but rather suggest Coinjecko as a better alternative.

Everyone has their own preferences, and as a fan of Binance, I use the Coinmarketcap rating, which belongs to this exchange, in my work. and whom I trust. Your accusations against Coinmarketcap are biased, as they may also apply to the Coingecko rating.

Don't use bitunix. I put $15k and they just seized that.

They said I got to do KYC and then do a bunch of video showing my wallets and so on.

Totally unreasonable. Their website says not KYC for up to $500k.

It's a lie.

It's a scam.

It is very strange and unexpected, since Bitunix is ranked 40th in the Coinmarketcap rating. I can assume that you have become a victim of scammers who use the original name Bitunix, but in a different domain zone. The correct domain zone for the Bitunix exchange is in com, and where were you registered?

Actually I am not popular with bitunix exchange but I checked all data at ChatGPT and said many bad respond about that exchange from market access not running well, KYC procedure until many user complaint about withdrawal process not faster. Right domain exchange of bitunix is dot com but usually all exchange have many kinds of domain like Binance could use dot me domain.
Usually I use exchange have been popular and have much transaction volume, when arbitrage any coins from several exchange always priority with exchange available much volume transaction and keep away from not popular exchange.

Sad with your loss bro @pornluver wish you have chance get recovery back although have verify KYC, its huge amount if market seized your account without any refund or getting solution yet.

That's a lot of CEX right there, do people even use them? or do they really have liquidity?
I personally have no experience whatsoever with majority of them, but just pick the most trustable CEX listed on reputable site like CMC and see their liquidity.

Picking CEX is actually tough if you want safety. Choose the one with emergency fund in case things go wrong such as hacking so they won't collapse and choose the one with the most liquidity.
I don't recommend some random CEX which has no HQ.

A lot of them are just there with the name of Centralized exchange but nobody or just few users inside, being use to centralized exchange you will no an exchange with low security when you see them because the first place there name is not popular and when you count 100 persons nobody has ever done anything with them so that is enough fact of also being cautious. Yes coin market cap is good to be use to find exchange because of the ranking they give, all the centralized exchange has a way the coin market cap recognizes there quality and value so the one with best rate ranking is better.

~snipped~
Of all the exchanges on your list, it's Bitrue I can recognize. I got on the exchange like five or six years ago because I needed to buy its token. That was the period exchange tokens were becoming a thing. I could only get its token on just that exchange and that was why I skeptically registered there. I later sold it off when I realized its price wasn't appreciating the way BNB was at the time.

I don't like experimenting with new exchanges. I like to stay with top exchanges that have 10/10 trust score. 9/10 even scares me let alone the ones that aren't known. I don't want to be restless because I'm on some exchanges. By the way, three to four Cexs is more than enough for anyone. We don't need them for decoration or bragging right.

If you haven't suffered heartache from exchanges vanishing with your funds, you won't appreciate what I'm saying. Stick to exchanges with the highest trust score. There's a reason for that score.
